The leaves are nearly at their peak here in Virginia although they're a little muted this year due to the excessive heat and drought this year. Autumn winds are getting stronger - and colder !

Nothing on TV Tonight !
So, Autumn is finally here and there has been a real chill in the air for the last few days. Instead of inventing ways to keep cool, it's time to order gas for the winter heating, clean the dog hair ( lots of it ! ) from the wall heaters, bring the more tender plants in from the garden and generally get ready for the long haul of winter.
I must have been wanting cosiness when I made this little image !
